We
provide state-of-the-art treatment for both the cosmetic and
medically necessary treatment of Spider and Varicose veins
and their complications. We provide in office ultrasound and
all our procedures are minimally invasive and all our patients
are both seen and treated by me.

Our
Services:
Laser
ablation (EVLT) for
the large Varicose Veins and for
Venous Ulcer disease
Microphlebectomy;
for those patients with recurrent varicose veins from previous
ligation and stripping procedures done in the past.
Foam
Sclerotherapy; for the
lesser bulging varicose veins and perforator vessels as well
as in combination with other modalities for the complex venous
issues
Sclerotherapy;
the gold standard for the cosmetic treatment of spider veins.
Although many places offer surface laser treatment for this
condition, I have not found this to produce the quality or
consistency of result we are looking for therefore we do not
recommend this at this time
Venous
Ulcer Disease; is the
most distressing and the most problematic of the complications
of long standing Chronic Venous Hypertension. We have had
dramatic results from the combination of EVLT and Foam Sclerotherapy
and I have placed some photos of our patient outcomes on the
site for your review
Compression
treatment is used as a predictor of outcomes for those patients
in whom it is not clear as to the cause of their leg complaints
,e.g. Restless leg syndrome, localized swelling of lower legs
without obvious varicose veins.
All
our procedures are performed in our offices and do not require
general anesthesia.

is essentially no downtime
